Personnel Training Officer
Large concern seeks dynamic individual with previous call centre supervising experience, training experience and good knowledge and understanding of HR.
- Tasks
- Develop, document and plan training requirements for agents in accordance with strategic plan.
- Define and implement skills developmetn training modules
- Conduct workbook and class room courses to advance proficiency
- Liaise with Supervisors to implement procedures to improve efficiency levels
- Calculate individual performance bonsues for Call Centre Agents and Supervisors
- Develop, document and plan promotional structures for agents in accordance with training received as well as assessmetns conducted
- Record skills acquired through training completed
- Create and update agent skills report
- Report is based on training received, assessment outcomes, and the ability to put these acquired sklls into practice
- Submit the skills report to the Call Centre Manager on a monthly basis for review
- Maintain and record accurate time keeping and attendance records for Call Centre employees
- Record timesheet information from individual timesheets on to the Monthly attendance register before payroll cut off
- Record all overtime worked on to the monthly attendance register before payroll cut off
- Calculate and record hours owed by employees on the monthly attendance register
- Resolve salary query’s from employees
- Update staff contract information
- Requisitions for new staff members
- Administer permanent contracts depending on performance
- Administer termination documentation to HR
- Manage overtime in accordance with demand and report variances to management
- Manage and schedule leave in accordance with staffing requirements
- Administer sick leave forms
- Implement a recruitment strategy and succession plan for the Call Centre
