- Tasks
- To secure and develop the relationship within assigned Key Accounts, expanding the market share and revenue within the accounts to Make the company the preferred supplier of services within these accounts
- Secure and develop the relationship and become a strategic partner with assigned accounts by consulting with a high degree of industry expertise and knowledge, raising the level of contact and staying visible within the account
- Expand the market share, revenue and profitability within assigned accounts by developing and following specific account plans and by providing customers with cretive and mutually beneficial proposals and ideas
- Competencies
- Ability to work across several departments to craft the best solution for, and with, the customer
- The ability to negotiate with and sell to senior level executives, management and staff within the assigned accounts
- The personality and demeanour suited for building and maintaining lasting relationships
- Qualifications
- Matric
- An additional business qualification would be a definitive advantage
- 3-5 years sales and marketing experience in the ICT space
- Knowledge of Provinical and Local Government market and named accounts
- Understanding of business and consultative selling
- The ability to engage on a consultative selling and business solution crafting approach
