To secure and develop the relationship within assigned Key Accounts , expanding our market share and revenue within the accounts to make the company the preferred supplier of services within these accounts
- Tasks
- Customer satisfaction by completion of cutsomer visit feedback forms
- Signal and Sntenna testing for both VIP and customers affected by optimization
- Support for all company consumer devices
- Testing with Networks on issues that affect more customers at a time or in one area
- Suport of channel partners
- Feeback daily on customer visits
- Feedback update on CRM
- Secure and develop the relationship and become a strategic partner with assigned accounts by consulting with a high degree of industry expertise and knowledge, raising the level of contact and staying visible within the account
- Expand our market share, revenue and profitability within assigned accounts by developing and following specific account plans and by providing customers with creative and mutually beneficial proposals and ideas
An account manager with experienec in work independently as well as leading an account team in order to achieve the company’s goals and objectives
- Competencies
- Strong negotiation skills
- Understanding of business and consultative selling.
- The ability to engage on a consultative selling and business solution crafting approach
- Ability to work accross several departments to craft the best solution for, and with, the customer
- The ability to negotiate with and sell to senior-level executives, management and staff within the assigned accounts
- The personality and demeanour suited for building and maintaining lasting relationships
- Self-confident, determined and self-motivated
- Qualifications
- Grade 12
- An additional business qualification would be a definitive advantage
- 3-5 years sales and marketing experience in the ICT space
- Remuneration
- R360,000.00 P/A
