The company's I.T. practice assists clients in understanding and unlocking value from their IT investments, with a specific focus on: Development and assistance in the execution of business-aligned IT strategies Deployment of end-to-end business intelligence (BI) solutions including BI strategy development, strategy execution assistance and deployment of business intelligence technology
- Tasks
· Experience in one or more areas of IT consultingcovering IT strategy development, businessintelligence consulting, ERP consulting and/or IT architecture consulting
· Up-to-date knowledge of technology trends anddevelopments
· Experience in a range of industry sectors (Governmentand Financial Services experience is preferred)
· Ability to work in a team to deliver end-to-endsolutions to clients

Potential candidates must demonstrate strong businessacumen and analytical skills, good client relationship development experience,high energy, an enquiring mind and professional integrity. Otherinterpersonal/interactive skills that are required include:
· Self-starter – able to work with minimal supervision
· Good communication, presentation and business writing skills
· Problem solving skills, with a flair for investigatingroot causes and identifying appropriate solutions to issues
· A flexible, pro-active working style
· Ability to interact with varying levels of clientmanagement and adjust communication styles accordingly i.e. technical,financial, strategic, etc
· Strong relationship building skills
· Passion for the development of junior staff members(coaching and mentoring)
· Prepared to work in a small team environment
· High level of drive, ambition and personal leadership
- Qualifications
· Completed B.Com/B. Sc IT degree
· 3-5 years experience in IT consulting
· Relevant IT certifications
Applications and controls experience is essential
