Key Accounts Manager
To secure and develop relationships within assigned Key Accounts, and new customers by expanding our market share and revenue within the accounts to make the company the preferred supplier of services within these accounts.
- Tasks
- Manage existing accounts and bring in new business.
- Build and maintain relationships with named accounts.
- Understanding of business and consultative selling.
- The ability to engage on a consultative selling and business solution crafting approach.
- Secure and develop the relationship and become a strategic partner with assigned accounts by consulting with a high degree of industry expertise and knowledge, raising the level of contact and staying visible within the account.
- Expand our market share, revenue and profitability within assigned accounts by developing and following specific account plans and by providing customers with creative and mutually beneficial proposals and ideas.
- Competencies
- A Sales Executive with experience in working independently as well as in a team in order to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
- Ability to work across several departments to craft the best solution for, and with, the customer.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- The ability to negotiate with and sell to senior-level executives, management and staff within the assigned accounts.
- The personality and demeanour suited for building and maintaining lasting relationships.
- Self-confident, determined and self-motivated.
- Qualifications
- Matric
- An additional business qualification would be a definitive advantage.
- Knowledge of the Telecommunications and ICT market
- Minimum 3 years sales and marketing experience in the ICT space.
- Remuneration
- R450,000.00* P/A (Negotiable)
- *Plus: Commission, Benefits
