Sharepoint Trainer/administrator
Candidate will be responsible for helping to deploy the company's global and local Knowledge Management systems and tools in South Africa as well as in African Region, and for delivering training and marketing initiatives to drive adoption of the systems.
- Tasks
Daily Main duties:
· Construct and design application to host all information pertinent to the Contact Centres on SharePoint / web based application.
· Ensure information hosted on the Knowledge Base is up to date and relevant.
· Manage processes and communication channels for the collection of information required on the Knowledge Base from Regions and Head Office.
· Engage with Contact Centre Management and other areas of the business to determine information available.
· Ensure agents are proficient in the use of the system through training.
· Construct and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports (standard and ad-hoc).
· Assist other functions within the contact centre to meet and or exceed SLA objectives.
