To ensure that the requirements are adequately met for the organization
- Tasks
Management and control of business unit
• Responsible for product roadmap, pricing strategy for company for Collaboration suite of services
• Alignment with TCL and other functions of the company
• Manage the individual product management budget
• Ensure legal and regulatory departments have been consulted on product launch processesTo ensure that requirements are met within sphere of control
• Responsible for the business case and p&L of all the product line under Collaboration services
• Oversee the management of individual services lifecycles in terms of factors such as product, pricing and promotion
• , Ensure briefing and training of sales department on product developments and new productsAct as a subject matter expert within sphere of control
• Develop, review and implement a group of product strategy, in close consultation with TCL and the company’s managed services group
• Oversee the steering of services launch processes, in close consultation with the marketing, sales and technology departments- Competencies

• 3 or 4 year degree (B degree or B degree + honours) in business administration or appropriate NQF level qualification
