Large Fleet and Logistics company based in the East Rand
- Tasks
· Liaising with customers on a daily basis regarding:
o Satisfying customer needs
o Hire and off hire of vehicles
o Breakdowns
o Customer Quires
· Liaising with all company branches and employees to ensure that all vehicles are fully utilized
· Liaising with company workshop with regards to opening of job cards, breakdowns and down time of vehicles
· Liaising with Drivers and Yard Supervisors with regard to the availability of vehicles, delivery and collection of vehicles, maintenance and any damages that might have occurred during the hire
· Liaising and communicating with various departments within the organization to ensure all systems are in place
· Taking responsibility of writing gate passes and fuel slips
· Making sure all operational procedures are followed and company policies are adhered to
· Quality control of all vehicles:
o Ensuring vehicle check sheets are completed to make vehicles available for hires
o Ensure services, licenses and COF of vehicles are up to date
o Making sure vehicles are thoroughly checked and all vehicles are maintained to company standard
· Responsible for writing monthly reports with regards to hires, maintenance, abuse, fuel, drivers, contracts etc.
· Ensure filing is done on daily basis and that all company documents are archived
· Reporting directly to the regional operations manager on a daily basis
