Company seeks dynamic well spoken ITALIAN, POLISH, GREEK, GERMAN, DANISH, SWEDISH OR NORWEGIAN speaking consultant (Must be able to speak one of the following languages fluently it is essential) Fixed term contract to permanent based on performance 24/7 call centre providing helpdesk and support to customers in the online entertainment industry
- Tasks
- Provide telephonic, e-mail and live chat support to customers. Troubleshoot basic IT technical issues.
- Log call requests with the service desk of software providers and follow up and resolved outstanding calls.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist Marketing or Finance Departments perform various admin tasks
- Outbound calling to inactive customers or dormant accounts

- Good communication skills
- Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months inbound call centre experience (international call centre experience will be an advantage)
- Must be prepared to work shifts
- Own reliable transport essential
- Proficient in English
- MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK A 2ND LANGUAGE EITHER ITALIAN, GERMAN, GREEK, POLISH, DANISH, NORWEGIAN – ESSENTIAL
