Sales Manager
The role includes setting targets with management and putting in place means to achieve these targets
- Tasks
- Total overseeing / maanging of a sales team
- Responsible for leading and guiding sales team towards meeting company’s national sales objectives
- Managing print audits over a period of three months and be ableto report back monthly on the progress of the audits – this is crucial to the role
- Propose solutions based on the findings of the audits
- Coordinate activities of Sales and Audit teams
- Create relationships with customers through monthly feedback meetings

- Must have good leadership abilities / potential and be able to grow and motivate a small team
- Must have excellent communication / presentation skills

- Qualifications
- Sales and sales management experience required (3-5 years managment experience)
- PC Literate (Ms Office, Power Point, Excel etc)
- Knowledge of printing industry (printer sales, software consumables etc) beneficial but not essential
- Proven sales track record
