Junior Training Instructors - North
Large international security company seeks a Junior Training Instructor to train all the learners
- Tasks
- Evaluation training for LSS and Guarding Estate Officers at the different hubs within East and West Johannesburg
- Updating of learning material e.g. text books, tests and practical evaluations and assessments according to prescribed policies as implemented throughout the year
- Confirm with recruitment officer of trainees before hand
- Propose changes to Training documents
- To carry out site assessment and give recommendations
- Check quipment on sites and give feedback to Training Manager
- To enforce training centre rules are required
- To inform Training Manager concerning training matters
- Attending meetings with Training Manager
- Carry out parade and enforce discipline as per the company policy
- Assess all trainees according to the standards
- Marking of examination papers and general administration
- Competencies
- Well presented
- Good comunication skills
- Qualifications
- Computer literate
- Must be SIRA registered with at least Grade C
- Instructor qualification
- 2-3 years training experience
- Experience in firearms and added advantage
- SASSETA Assessor will be an advantage
- Remuneration
- R108,000.00* P/A (Negotiable)
