Control Room Manager

Large security company seeks dynamic Control Room Manager available to work as soon as possible.

Tasks
  • Must have good interpersonal skills essential
  • Day to day management of the Control Room
  • Training and coaching of staff
  • Compiling various reports and documents
  • Formulating policies and procedures that will result in improved efficiency
  • Dealing with various staff related issues
Competencies
  • Minimum 3 years solid control room management experience within the security industry essential
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be computer literate with in Excel and Word
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of radio communications networks, listener and vehcile tracking systems
Qualifications
  • PSIRA Registered
  • Own Vehicle and valid drivers license
Remuneration
R240,000.00 P/A
