Signal Technical Agent (Downloader)

To ensure correct progrmming and communication of instaled alarm security systems, remotely, as well as ensuring that all data reporting to the Control Room is correct and accurate

Tasks
  • Liaising with technicians and clients regarding system operations
  • Ensure no false responses to sites where they are bing tested by clients or technicians by enforcing test procedures
  • Dialing into alarm systems
  • Log ins
  • Programming of alarm systems
  • Dealing with the panic signals
Competencies
  • Computer Litearte
  • Positive attitude
  • Self motivated
  • Basic and intensive decision making
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2years previous experience
  • SIRA registered an advantage
  • Technical experience essential
Remuneration
R84,000.00* P/A (Negotiable)
